• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling $200.00 or more (excluding oversized items).
• Orders under $200.00: A flat $50 handling fee will be applied.
• Shipping Method: We use ground shipping for all deliveries.
• Shipping Area: We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Canada or Alaska.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied within 7 days of receiving your item, please contact our customer service team by email to initiate a return. We'll be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund. To ensure a smooth process, please return the item in its original packaging. Please note, we are unable to cover the original shipping costs or return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee applies to returns to cover our processing costs. Please note - Custom orders are NOT returnable, this includes all custom finished items. We're here to help if you have any questions about our return policy!
